When you return a product to us, it first goes to our warehouse, where trusted staff will check the product. Once a refund is approved, our customer service will handle the refund.
We carry out such a refund with the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.
Please note that the entire return and refund process may take up to 14 days to complete, depending on the return method selected, as well as carrier selection and payment method on the original order.
